Hairstyle and color: Pale sandy blonde hair, shoulder length and usually pulled into a low ponytail. Her bangs go across her forehead, covering her eyebrows, with a handful of hair on either end reaching down to her chin.

Skin/fur color: Pale with faded freckles across her nose and cheeks.

Scars: Many scattered over her body from the years on her own. Most noticeable scars on one on her left hand that curves from the back of her hand to the middle of her palm, a scar on her shoulder from what looks like a weapon of sorts, and one across her nose from it breaking and healing awkwardly.

Personality

Personality: Jeanne was always quiet and curious, but the years have hardened the petite female to be blunt and snappy, but the soft side of her never quite died out. She is not too strong but her small size makes her quick and stealthy. She is cunning, due to years of reading every book she could get her hands on, and she has a bit of practical medical know-how. She finds it hard to open up to people, and therefore will try to make it on her own before asking for help.

Situation of the character's birth (where, when etc): Average birth.
Describe their childhood (newborn - age 10): Average childhood until she was around four years old. At that point she began to hear things talking to her, like the animals, the plants, and rain. Her mother became frightened and left when she was seven, saying that she was insane and couldn't deal with it anymore. Her father raised her alone after that, helping her adapt to the rapidly deteriorating world.
Teenage years (11 - 19): Her father died when she was 13, killed by a rogue survivor. She then proceeded to take care of herself, mastering how to survive on her own.

Appearance

Height: Around 3 ft
Weight: Between 30 and 40 pounds
Figure/build: Slightly smaller than the average child due to her general avoidance of the sun.
Hairstyle and colour: Pale blonde, cropped into a chin-length bob with bangs that cut straight across her foreheard, covering her eyes completely. She has two long strands in the back, mimicing a Zubat's tail.
Eye colour: Pure black, no indication of where the pupil and iris meet. She is blind, and sometimes forgets to blink, or even open her eyes. Her highly developed sense of hearing allows her to know her surroundings.
Skin/fur colour: Very pale. She has thin Zubat-like wings connecting her arms (up to her wrists) to her upper torso. They are blue in color fading into a pale turqouise around the tips and blending with her skin when it meets, along with thin violet veins running through them at intersections. She blushes a fuschia color (though lightly).
Tattoos: None.
Scars: Light scarring along her arms where her wings are, from the time when they started to grow.

Preferred style of clothing: She usually wears a billowy top with sleeves that drape over her wings (she can tie them at her wrists or at her shoulders depending on if she wants to hide her wings or not). Underneath the shirt she wears a black halter top leotard and cargo shorts over that. For shoes she wears hiking boots.

Personality

Personality: Cheerful despite her lack of sight, Lou's looks can often be decieving. The first impression of her is an innocent, cute little girl, but she is actually quite conniving and bossy, often coming off as a know-it-all. She loves to get her own way, and she knows just how to go about doing that. Yet, if you get past the bratty side of her, she is a truly caring girl and would do anything to help someone (so long as whatever she had to do wasn't frightening).
Likes: Getting her way, soft things, the dark
Dislikes: Sunlight, missing out on things, people treating her like she is 'just a little kid', people treating her like she's a freak.
Fears/phobias: Being abandoned, or being taken away from the ones she loves. Being alone again. She is not too good at meeting new people.
Favourite colour: She can't remember any, except for the bright red of a flower in her old home. She likes the memory of it.

Life story

Situation of the character's birth (where, when etc): She had a normal birth.
Describe their childhood (newborn - age 10): After a few months her Pokemorphic qualities began to show, starting with her gradual loss of sight. Her parents thought, at first, that it was just a small defect and they could get over it, but as the effects began to multiply, they became frightened, and ashamed. At three, Lou could already tell the effect she had on her family, and the fact that they didn't truly love her anymore, so she ran away, feeling abandoned and alone. She ran to Granite Cave, easily avoiding detection with her Zubat abilities. Befriending an Abra, she lived there for quite some time, until finally she met Fevel, and she's been tagging along with him ever since.
